§ 97.05  DUTIES.
   The Commission shall have the supervision and management of the recreation facilities and properties of the city, including income or revenue of the recreation facilities, and also maintenance operation and extension of the recreation facilities. Initial allocation of employees and properties to be managed by the Commission shall be submitted to the City Council for approval at a date set by the said Council. Any use of any city tax revenues shall be directed by the Commission with the advice and consent of the City Council.
