The Commission shall consist of nine members, these nine members include eight commissioners to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, as well as the current president of the city little league who shall automatically be a member of the Commission. All commissioners shall serve two year terms. Thereafter, all vacancies in the commission shall be filled by the Council for two year terms except those occurring during a term which shall be filled for the balance of the term. Each commissioner shall serve the appointed term or until removed by City Council, for misfeasance, malfeasance in office after hearing before the Council.
