Any person who violates any of the following acts shall be guilty of a violation and the offender shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense.
(A) Accumulations of litter at construction/demolition sites;
(B) Depositing commercial solid waste in sidewalk or other pedestrian receptacles;
(C) Depositing household solid waste in sidewalk or other pedestrian litter receptacles;
(D) Dumpouts;
(E) Failure to bundle and tie loose excess household solid waste;
(F) Failure to clean loading/unloading areas;
(G) Failure to follow prescribed putout practices;
(H) Failure to provide litter receptacles;
(I) Failure to replace defective commercial containers;
(J) Failure to replace defective household containers;
(K) Improper commercial solid waste containerization;
(L) Improper disposal of household bulk;
(M) Improper household solid waste containerization;
(N) Inability to show proof of proper end disposition of construction/demolition;
(O) Lack of containers at loading/unloading operations;
(P) Lack of containers at construction/demolition sites;
(Q) Litter by pedestrians and motorists;
(R) Litter on private premises;
(S) Litter on sidewalks and strips;
(T) Littering with handbills, leaflets, and the like;
(U) Sweepouts;
(V) Transporting loose materials without adequate covering;
(W) Uncovered commercial containers; and
(X) Uncovered household containers.
