Within the time set forth in § 91.087, any person thereby affected shall commence and complete the sidewalk repairs in an orderly and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable subdivision regulations for the installation of sidewalks and the cost of such repairs shall be borne by the persons responsible under the provisions of §§ 91.085 and 91.086.
