§ 91.070 SUBDIVISION PLATS TO SHOW STREET NAMES.

Every subdivision plat submitted to the Planning Commission for their approval after the effective date of this subchapter [i.e., September 6, 1988] shall show the proper names of any and all streets and these streets designations shall be approved by the Planning Commission before such new streets are officially named.
