§ 91.001  CAMPAIGN ADVERTISING ON CITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person or other entity shall place any kind of campaign advertising on any structure located within the city rights-of-way.  This shall include, but not be limited to, telephone poles, light poles or other structures lying between city sidewalks and streets within the corporate limits of the city.
