There is hereby established by the city a Hearing Board as defined in KRS 82.600, to conduct hearings pursuant to KRS 82.605 through 82.640. The Hearing Board shall consist of one individual to be appointed by the Mayor, and who shall be responsible for conducting all hearings called for pursuant to KRS 82.605 to 82.640.
