(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any vehicle or any other thing that may be a nuisance, obstruction, or hindrance in or on any street, alley, or sidewalk within the city either during the day or night.
(B) No person shall within the city limits park their vehicle in such a way that it is parked in the street directly across from a vehicle that is otherwise legally parked. Any vehicle parked in this manner shall be considered double parked. (Ord. 89-04, passed 6-6-89)
