§ 71.62 CERTAIN VEHICLES NOT PERMITTED UPON SECONDARY STREETS.

(A) Vehicles as defined by KRS 186.010(8)b which exceed 10,000 pounds shall not be permitted upon any secondary streets within the territory limits of the city.

(B) Vehicles as defined by KRS 186.010(8)b which exceeds 40 feet in length, whether as a single unit or with a trailer attached, shall not be permitted upon any secondary streets within the territorial limits of the city.
