(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 54.17 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of up to $500. Any person who violates the provisions of § 54.18 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 and up to 30 days imprisonment. Each day in violation of the terms of §§ 54.17 and 54.18 shall constitute a separate offense.
