§ 53.17  EMPLOYMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER; COMPENSATION.
   The position of General Manager shall be filled by the Commission by means of advertisement and interviews. The Commission will then make a recommendation to the City Council for their approval. The compensation of the General Manager shall be set by the Commission, with City Council approval, at the time the General Manager is employed and may be changed by the Commission as circumstances warrant, subject to City Council approval. The General Manager shall be removed for just cause upon recommendation of the Commission for approval by the City Council.
