§ 52.068  SUBMISSION OF PERIODIC ANALYSES OF WASTEWATER.
   The Superintendent may require any industrial user to submit periodic analyses of wastewater characteristics to the city, for purposes of determining compliance with this chapter or state and federal regulations.  Cost of such analyses and reporting to the city shall be borne by the industrial user.
