(A) The City Fire Chief shall be the administrator responsible for assuring compliance with Kentucky Administrative Regulations during the daily operation of the service and the administrator shall designate an individual who shall serve in this capacity if necessary in the absence of the administrator.
(B) The Ambulance Service shall comply with local, state and federal statutes and regulations. More specifically, the Ambulance Service shall be operated pursuant to and adhere to the regulations as set forth in 902 KAR 14:070 entitled "Non-Emergency Health Transportation"; 902 KAR 14:070 entitled “License Procedures and Fee Schedules” and 902 KAR 14:080 entitled “Basic and Advance Life Support, Ground Ambulance Providers.”
