§ 38.16  CHARGE PER CALL FOR ASSISTING SELF-INSURED ENTITIES.
   The city shall require as a minimum payment $500 for each call required to assist any entity which is declared itself to be self-insured.  That charge may exceed the minimum whenever the actual expenses exceed $500.
