§ 38.02  FORMAL ESTABLISHMENT OF PAINTSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes a police department for the City of Paintsville, which shall be operated by the city under the supervision of the Mayor.
   (B)   This police department shall be called the Paintsville Police Department.
   (C)   The Police Department shall perform all general duty police work in the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances.
