   ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A FIFTH SUPPLEMENT

   TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES

   PAINTSVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2008-004

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A

   SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,

   THE CITY OF PAINTSVILLE

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the fifth supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paintsville, Kentucky, which Supplement contains all Ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior adoption of the fourth supplement to the Code of Ordinances by the City of Paintsville; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of City Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the Ordinances which have been passed since the adoption of the Code of Ordinances;

   NOW, THEREFORE, be it Ordained, by the City Council of the City of Paintsville, Kentucky:

      (1)   This Ordinance shall be known as an Ordinance Enacting and Adopting a Fifth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paintsville, Kentucky.

      (2)   That the Fifth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paintsville, Kentucky, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set forth in its entirety.

      (3)   That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
