(A) The city Cemetery Board shall have five members to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council;
(B) Each member must have lived in the city for at least one year prior to appointment;
(C) The term of each member shall be four years, except for initial appointment terms. Initial appointment terms shall be as follows: two members appointed to a one year term; two members appointed to two year terms; and one member appointed to a three year term.
(D) No more than three of the members shall represent the same political party.
