§ 36.40  ESTABLISHMENT.
   The city hereby creates and establishes the city Cemetery Board, for the purpose of:
   (A)   Applying to the Department of Local Government for grants to restore and maintain non-profit public cemeteries that do not receive perpetual care funds pursuant to KRS 367.952;
   (B)   Obtaining assistance from other sources to maintain and restore non-profit cemeteries in the city.
