Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of Sections 1349.05 through 1349.231 and 1349.23 and 1349.231, may within ten days of receipt of such notice appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Board of Zoning Appeals a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Such appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. Fees, notice requirements, procedures for such appeals and hearing shall be as set forth in Chapter 1141 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
