Payment of bills shall be made at the Utilities Office Division of the City, and may be taken there during customary business hours or sent by mail. Authentic checks will be accepted subject to collection, and if return receipt by mail is desired, a self-addressed stamped envelope must be furnished. (1967 Code Sec. 50.11)
