925.04 UTILITY CONNECTIONS, WRITTEN APPLICATION REQUIRED.

Connections for any utility services shall be made only upon written application by the consumer to the Cashier of the Utilities Office Division, and contract therefor executed by the consumer. (Ord. 35-85. Passed 10-7-85.)
