The City will use reasonable diligence in providing regular uninterrupted utility services to any person who shall be known as the consumer, but in case any service shall be interrupted or fail by reason of accident, strike, extraordinary repairs or for any reason beyond the City's reasonable control, the City shall not be held liable for damages because of such interruption or failure. Whenever possible, the City department or division concerned will cause notice to be given to consumers to be affected by contemplated, interruptions in service. The City makes no guarantee as to quality, purity, temperature or pressure of water, nor as to voltage or quantity of electric current.
