917.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:
   (a)   "Weeds" includes but is not limited to the following: Bittersweet (Nightshade), Buckhorn, Thistles, Curley Dock, Corn Cockle, Golden Rod, Iron Weed, Horse Nettle, Johnsongrass, Milkweed, Oxeye Daisy, Poison Hemlock, Poison Ivy, Poison Oak, Quackgrass, Queen Anne's Lace, Ragweed, Wild Onion, Wild Mustard, Wild Parsnips, Prickly Lettuce, Stinging Nettle and other plants capable of causing skin reactions upon contact or producing severe allergic respiratory reactions.
   (b)   "Noxious weeds" means any of the following: Golden Rod, Poison Hemlock, Poison Ivy, Poison Oak, Ragweed, Stinging Nettle and other plants capable of causing skin reactions upon contact or producing severe allergic respiratory reactions.
   (c)   "Rank vegetation" means any growth of weeds or grass to a height of six inches or higher on any developed, residentially zoned property and twelve inches or higher on all other lands or lots.
