Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously been convicted of violating any provision of this chapter then the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. When the offense is continuous or repetitious in nature, then each day that violation continues or is repeated shall be deemed a repetition of the offense and shall be punished as a separate distinct offense.
