In order to enable the Clerk of the Painesville Municipal Court to make daily deposits of the total daily collection of the Municipal Court funds, there is hereby established a petty cash fund in the office of the Clerk of the Painesville Municipal Court. The petty cash fund shall be in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00), and shall be drawn on the General Fund.
