167.28 MINIMUM TIME FOR EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS.
   Hourly-rated employees, salaried employees assigned to Class Grade 18 or below and police and firefighting personnel assigned to Salary Grade 20 or below, who are called out to perform emergency overtime work or for necessary court appearances, shall be paid for each such call-out not less than the equivalent of three hours at time and one-half.
