(a) All employees shall be paid at their established straight-time rates for time spent during regular working hours at all meetings which the City required them to attend. This, also, includes time spent at training and/or seminars as authorized by the City.
(b) Members of the City Employee's Credit Union official family representing the Credit Union, shall be paid at their established straight-time rates for time spent during regular working hours, not to exceed one day, at the annual State Credit Union Conference, the purpose of which is ultimately to benefit City employees, when such attendance is authorized by the City Manager.
