The Compensation Plan for hourly rated employees of the Electric Division, Utilities Department, only, for all positions is hereby adopted according as the schedule indicated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement Section 12.11 as adopted herein and may be adjusted by the provisions of an applicable Employer Pension Pick-Up Plan.
