167.112 SALARY RATED EMPLOYEES IN PUBLIC SAFETY -DEPARTMENT, FIRE DIVISION.

   The Compensation Plan for all salary rated employees of the Public Safety Department, Fire Division, only, for all firefighters, Lieutenants and Captains shall be as indicated in Section 20.07 of their Collective Bargaining Agreement as adopted herein and may be adjusted by the provision of an applicable Employer Pension Pick-Up Plan.
