The regular meeting dates of Council are hereby determined to be the first and third Mondays of each and every calendar month and which regular Council meetings may be held at 7:00 p.m. of the prevailing time in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Painesville, Ohio or any other location within the City of Painesville as designated by the City Council in accordance with Section 107.04 on the following day. In the event either the first or third Monday of any calendar month falls upon a legal holiday, the regular Council meeting so falling on such legal holiday shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on the following day.
