SECTION 6. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.

There shall be a City Planning Commission composed of five (5) members who shall be electors of the City, who shall serve without compensation and who shall be appointed by the Council for terms of six (6) years each. Members now serving on the City Planning Commission, or the successors of the elector members, shall serve out the existing terms.
