There shall be a Civil Service Commission composed of three (3) electors of the City not holding any other municipal office or employment, each of whom shall be appointed by the Council of the City for a term of six (6) years. Any vacancy occurring during the term of any member of said Commission shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner the original appointment was made. Members now serving on the Civil Service Commission or their successors shall serve out the existing terms.
