§ 31.42 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   The city established a Board of Adjustment, pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-462.06. The Board of Adjustment shall have the responsibilities and duties as set forth in § 2 of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
