(A) Commercial activities. Users and commercial operators seeking to conduct commercial activities at the airport must have a lease or special use permit issued pursuant to § 151.10.
(B) Commercial photography. No person shall take still, motion or sound pictures of or at the airport for commercial purposes without permission of the Airport Director.
(C) Use of commercial area. Only authorized users and their employees shall occupy leased or special use permit areas designated for commercial activities.
