§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Each day any violation of any provision of § 130.24 shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. A violation of § 130.24 shall be a Class 3 misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of up to $500 and up to 30 days in jail.
