A fee of $50, to cover the cost of the investigation and processing, shall be paid to the City Clerk when the application is filed. The fee is non-refundable and may not be prorated for solicitations conducted for a portion of the year. The license fee may be adjusted from time to time by resolution of the Mayor and City Council.
