Business registrations may be summarily denied or revoked by the City Manager if necessary to protect the health, welfare and safety of the public. The determination may be predicated upon misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application, misrepresentation or false statement made to a government agency, breach of the peace, conviction of a felony or crime of moral turpitude, refusal to pay the registration fee, or conduct in violation of federal, state or local laws and regulations.
