§ 152.004 CONSISTENCY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND OTHER REGULATIONS.

This chapter is intended to implement the planning goals and objectives of the city general plan and other applicable adopted regulations. Any amendments to, or actions pursuant to, this code shall be consistent with the general plan and all applicable adopted regulations.
