Magistrate Court Improvement Fund. There is hereby established a Magistrate Court Improvement Fund, which shall be used exclusively to enhance the technological, operational, and security capabilities of the Magistrate Court. The Magistrate Court shall collect the court improvement fees as defined in this section and transmit the fees to the City Treasurer. The City Treasurer shall invest the monies in the fund in the same manner as other city funds. Interest earned on fund monies shall be deposited into the fund.
