§ 154.141 APPEAL DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

A person aggrieved by a decision of the Board of Adjustment may file a complaint for special action in the superior court to review the Board of Adjustment decision. All appeals shall be filed within 30 calendar days of the Board of Adjustment decision.
