1721.03 REVIEW OF APPLICATION.
   Upon the filing of an application for a permit for any new building or dwelling or structure; or the moving of a building or structure, the Public Works Superintendent and the Building and Safety Inspector shall review and approve the same, subject to review of the Building Committee. After such application is reviewed, where necessary, the Building and Safety Inspector shall pass upon the same and if the Inspector considers that such construction, moving or demolition of any such building or structure, as the case may be, complies with the Building and Housing Code and will not constitute an extraordinary fire or safety hazard within the Municipal limits and that such construction, moving or demolition of any such structure shall not be detrimental to the safety and health of the Municipality and its residents, he shall issue and grant such permit without unnecessary delay. The permit will not be granted if it involves any cost to the Municipality without approval of Council.
