1761.06 FUEL; PROHIBITIONS.
   (a)   Outdoor wood burning stoves/furnaces as specifically designed to burn seasoned wood, wood pellets, fuel corn, or other biomass pellets with metered furl and air feed and controlled combustion engineering shall be installed per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
   (b)   Fuel substances that are prohibited for combustion in an exterior furnace installation shall include the following: Industrial waste, rubber, plastic, used motor oil, toxic chemicals, contaminated waste, yard waste, household garbage, cardboard, and waste paper, animal waste, and any other material prohibited for combustion by federal, state and local laws and statutes.
   (c)   No outdoor wood burning stove/furnace shall be utilized in any manner as a waste incinerator.
