Any person, who having failed to request a hearing or apply for any injunction as provided herein, knowingly fails to comply with any notice issued by the Building Enforcement Agency, or any person who fails to comply with any order entered by the Building Enforcement Agency, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof for each offense shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
