Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or confined in jail up to five days or both. Every day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable hereunder.
