(a) No person shall place, keep or maintain any mobile home on private property within the City without a permit issued by the Building and Safety Inspector.
(b) No more than one mobile home shall be permanently situated upon any one lot of land within the corporate limits of Paden City. Such mobile home is to be centered on the lot, at least twenty-five feet from the street on which it fronts, five feet minimum distance from the property lines, and five feet from any alley. The mobile home must be a minimum of ten feet from any building or mobile home on the same lot.
(c) When for any reason any mobile home is moved from a lot of land for which a permit has been issued by the Building and Safety Inspector and is to be replaced by another mobile home a new permit will be required from the Building and Safety Inspector before placement of the trailer.
(d) If a mobile home is placed across property lines on more than one lot, such lots shall be considered one for the purposes of issuing a trailer permit and no more than one mobile home shall be placed on this combination of lots. Any mobile home placed on such lots must comply with the positioning dimensions listed in subsection (b) hereof.

(e) No mobile home will be placed on any lot or portion of any lot on which a dwelling, apartment house, or building used for business purposes already exist.
