For the purpose of this article, the following words and phrases wherever appearing in this article shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
(a) "Mobile home" means a movable or portable dwelling built on a chassis, connected to utilities; designed without a permanent foundation, and intended for year-round living and equipped with wheels or other means to facilitate movement from place to place.
(b) "Mobile home parks" means any lot or parcel of land used or intended to be used for the accommodation of two or more mobile homes.
(c) "Mobile home unit" means a plot of land containing 2,500 square feet in size in a mobile home park used or intended to be used for the accommodation of not more than one mobile home and not more than one automobile which is not a mobile home.
