Any person found guilty of violating any provision of Sections 1105.02
to 1105.04
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned for such a period not exceeding twenty- four hours or both so fined and imprisoned. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
