For the purpose of disposing of abandoned and/or junked motor vehicles, old vehicle tires and inoperative or abandoned household appliances, Council deems it appropriate to follow the procedure outlined by West Virginia Code 17-24-9, as amended, and therefore, does hereby adopt such procedure and hereby incorporate such Code section into this section as though fully set forth herein.
