951.10 DISTRAINT.

The Town, Collector, Recorder, and any Deputy Collector or Recorder, for the collection of any assessments, or portions thereof, or penalty thereon, may proceed by act on, suit, attachment, or distraint, or by any other appropriate remedy provided by law for the collection of Municipal taxes. (Passed 6-4-84.)
