901.12 DRIVING AND BACKING OVER SIDEWALKS.

If any person shall back any vehicle against any sidewalk or curb, or drive any vehicle against or over the same, so as to injure, break down, destroy, or do any damage to the same, he shall be liable for the cost of repair of the same, and in addition shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each separate offense.
